No third-party booking agent (Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline, etc.) can qualify to get the special TBWA pricing.
Reservations made by any means other than the link on our website or by the phone number and instructions above will not be honored by the hotel for TBWA's conference and their discounted rate.

Total Event Registration - 2019 TBWA Conference

For those lodging at DoubleTree by the Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria and attending the conference, this option is for you!

Reservations must be made before registering for the conference to avoid delays in processing your classes.

If you or your roommate did not make reservations at the DoubleTree by the Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria,
then you must choose OPTION 2: Day Weaver Registration - Conference Registration.

If you made your hotel reservation through a third-party service, i.e. Orbitz, Travelocity, etc, you must select the Day Weaver Registration and pay the Day Weaver Fees for each day you attend the conference.

About Classes: Classes will require payment, by either personal check or money order made out to the individual teachers, after you have received your class assignments by email in early October.

Day Weaver Registration - 2019 TBWA Conference Registration

For those NOT lodging at DoubleTree by the Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria (or if you booked through a 3rd party service) and attending the conference, this option is for you!

All conference attendees are required to pay a $45 registration fee. The Day Weaver Registration requires the additional payment of the Day Weaver Fees for each day you attend the conference.

What is a Day Weaver Fee?

A Day Weaver Fee is an additional daily fee for members choosing to not stay at the designated conference hotel while attending the conference. These fees are separate and in addition to the Day Weaver Registration and pays your portion of the event that is normally covered by the hotel's lodging fees, such as classroom space, amenities, and TBWA provided food for that day.

You are required to pay the following fee for each day you will attend. If you are attending all four days of the conference, but you are not staying at the designated conference hotel, you must pay Day Weaver Fees for all four days.

Day Weaver Fee for Thursday is $25.00
Day Weaver Fee for Friday is $35.00
Day Weaver Fee for Saturday is $35.00
Day Weaver Fee for Sunday is $20.00

Note: Day Weaver Fees that you select and the Day Weaver Registration - Conference Registration are all due at check-out and do not include class fees.

Step 2: Select Your Class, or 2 Short Classes, For Each Day

If you have registered for the conference, either Total Event Registration or Day Weaver Registration, then you may select your classes.

New for 2019: Classes are now chosen by direct selection.

If you do not wish to take a class during a day or time slot, simply do not make a class selection for that off-time.

During check-out, we will ask you to suggest 1 alternative class choice if your first selection is not available.

Conference Marketplace

Marketplace during the Annual TBWA Conference

On Saturday evening, January 26th, we offer Marketplace space to any registrant who wishes to sell basket-related supplies or items he or she has made. Marketplace will be held in the weaving room from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

We make it easy to pre-pay for being a Marketplace seller during online registration.

Click on the link above and select the ticket marked "Seller at Marketplace".  You will be charged the $10 fee at checkout. A conference team member will contact you later to complete your application for the items you intend to sell during Marketplace.

If you are interested in participating but not sure if your items are allowed, please use the CONTACT 2019 CONFERENCE TEAM form to sign up and get info on payment for Marketplace,  your printed registration form or Pre-ordering basket kit and Marketplace fee form, and pay the $10.00 fee to reserve a space for you to sell your items.

OR if you're registering by mail - mark your printed registration form or Pre-ordering basket kit and Marketplace fee form, and pay the $10.00 fee to reserve a space for you to sell your items.

Applications and fees for Marketplace are due November 1, 2018.

All individual Marketplace spaces must be pre-paid before the Conference.
