TBWA has negotiated for a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria. The TBWA rate is $125 (plus taxes) per night for a room with a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. All rooms have Wi-Fi. Booking your room via the TBWA website guarantees you this rate. Book your hotel room by January 6, 2026 to receive TBWA’s reduced rate.

Meals
Conference registrants will be provided with lunch on Friday (noon to 1:00) and Saturday (noon to 1:15).
Registrants are responsible for their other meall costs.
No outside food and drinks are allowed in the weaving area, per hotel guidelines.
The hotel’s dining options are: The Restaurant which serves breakfast ; The Cafe for breakfast, AND The Terrace Bar & Grill.
The Cafe offers Starbucks in the morning. Many eating establishments are nearby.
Wi-Fi
There is complimentary Wi-Fi service in the guest rooms as well as in the weaving room.
Parking
Hotel provides us with complimentary parking (Normally $12 per day)
