TBWA has negotiated for a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Houston West. The TBWA rate is $120 (plus taxes( per night for per night for a room with a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. All rooms have Wi-Fi. Booking your room via the TBWA website guarantees you this rate. Book your hotel room by January 4, 2027 to receive TBWA’s reduced rate.

Conference registrants will be provided with lunch on Friday (noon to 1:00) and Saturday (noon to 1:15).
Registrants are responsible for their other meal costs.

No outside food and drinks are allowed in the weaving area, per hotel guidelines.

The hotel’s dining options are:  The Cafe, The Grab & Go Market, AND Black & Gold Bar. 
Many eating establishments are nearby.
